plantronic headseats hands free phone
This is my second one, the first lasted 4 years. I just clip the small base to my pants and put the headset on and can do all my work including watching my 11 month old twin grandchildren without a hassle. I even do the dishes while I talk!!!!!!!!

Not good enoug to be the only phone
Bought this in hope of being able to jettison a GNN Netcom 920 that people complain about when I'm using. Plantronics is a nice bundle but the audio is blurby on my end and the clip does not secure the unit to a pocket, so I end up carrying it instead of attaching.
Cool to have the dial pad with you wherever you go. Wish Google would enter the cordless phone market and shake up Plantronics/GNN thinking so they'd innovate. The market is flat on its back without ideas right now.

Cordless Headset Phone
Phone is very clear easy to understand on both ends. Hoowever, it does have a problem interfering with the computer's WiFi. I have to change the channel every time the phone is in use and the WiFi is being used. I would not recommend this phone for someone that uses WiFi for their computer.

Wonderful hands free
I have two of these. One for upstairs, one for downstairs. The sound quality is excellent and loud enough for my middle-aged ears to hear every word.
It's pleasure to not be tethered to a handset.

Functionally a great phone
After using this unit for several months, I am pretty happy with it. Call quality is second to none and I have owned several others in the past. I only have 2 real issues with the unit.
1) there is no battery meter, and when this battery runs low, you have very little time to work with. When it goes, it goes fast.
2) The ear hook and inverted cup that fits against your ear is not a very good fit at all. It stays in place, but it just isn't comfortable at all. If you are wearing this for hours at a time, the complete headset (comes with it) is a much better option, just bulkier.

Plantronics Cordless Headset
This is the best money I've spent lately. Clarity is good on both ends. It's great being able to move around in my home office environment without having to juggle a handset. After becoming accustomed to using this apparatus, I would not want to be without it.

Best Headset We've used
This is a heavy duty little unit. To dial you will need your reading glasses. We had used the Radio Shack model prior to this and they never lasted more than a month without the headset wire breaking. This one has been in use since Janurary 1st and is not even sweating yet.
Time will tell, but it seems to be a great phone.

IT User-Great For Office
I am the IT (internal help desk) at work. I LOVE this phone. I hang it around my neck (lady, no belt to hang it on) and never miss a call. I'm frequently as someone else's desk working on their computer, so this is a perfect solution for me. Indepensible when calling tech support! I also have one at home and love it. Audio is better than my regular phone at work or home, but I use the headset. I also found the earpiece uncomforable and tough to get on in a hurry. It's still the best phone available! No one I call on it realizes I'm on a headset, while my former at home phone it was obvious, and I often had to switch off my headset to the handheld for quality audio. BUY IT!

Major Convenience for Active Adults
Purchased for my wife who has had big, bulky cordless headset phones in the past. These never lasted long given that they constantly fell from the hip ripping the headset apart from the phone. This unit however is probably smaller than a deck of cards. Fits easily in the pocket and has crystal clear reception from anywhere inside (and outside of) the house. Also the headset is not hardwired to the unit making it easily replaceable if anything should go wrong. Has many of the configuration/settings options that a current cellular phone has and makes working from home a pleasure.

second one we have! works great
Have one exactly the same for the past 2.5 years, works perfectly well, and now we got another one, since they are so comfortable. You can do dishes, clean floors, write on computer, everything - since it's hands free! Also can move around the house and the connection is still very good. recommended! wish they would make more types of these...

Plantronic Cordless headset phone
I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend after I received one last year. The clarity is great and this set came with both an over the head band or a piece that slips over your ear, whichever you prefer. It allows you to talk and continue whatever you are doing with your hands at the same time. I love it and so does she!

Great Headphone set
I already own three of these for years. One was not working well, so this was a replacement. I like the reception, the handsfree nature, the quality of reception and the caller id. You cannot run the microwave while on the phone, it screws up the signal. I highly recommend this.

Very good sound quality
I like this phone. I have regular phone meetings where some people are using microphone while some are talking trough the regular phone. "Volume up/down" on such meetings is an essential thing and on this model this feature works very good.

exactly what i was looking for
the keys are small, but if that sort of thing doesn't bother you, i can wholeheartedly recommend this phone. does what i need and expect and i can travel many floors away from the base and still get great reception.

Plantronics Phone/Headset
I bought this phone because a good friend of mine had one and I loved it. I am an artist and need the hands free option while on the phone in order to multitask when I am in my studio. This phone works great, the signal is good in my studio which is separate from my house-better than my other portables which hiss and moan when I use them out there.
No complaints...a very satisfied customer.

Great portable phone
I purchased the Plantronics Model CT12 to replace an older model. I like all of the features of this phone except it is cumbersome to remove from it's charging cradle. Most of the time, I grab it by the headset plug and most of the time, the plug disconnects dropping the phone on the desk or floor. Plantronics could have made the back of the charger cradle lower so that the top of the phone could have been grasped with thumb and forefinger. It's a small inconvenience, however, and I highly recommend this phone to those who want portability and the ability to dial and pick up voice mail while away from the charger base.

It's okay...
Well, I have had better phones... and better headsets. My biggest complaint is that the sound quality is terrible. The buttons are also quite small. The base is very light weight.. so much so that it can be easily pushed around on a desk.. or knocked off even. I should have known better because I have been fooled by Plantronic junk before... The reason I gave it a try is because it's so hard to find a small cordless phone like this. I am now back to using a regular sized cordless phone.
