Pretty good.
Prints very well on photo paper, decent on regular paper.
Touchscreen navigation can take a little while to get used to.
Prints black and white fast, color takes a little bit.
Wireless setup was a breeze.

Perfect for digital scrapbooking and everyday photos
This is the first photosmart printer I've purchased, but after chatting w/ other scrappers and online research, I decided to purchase the HP D7460. I'm so pleased with my purchase! I design all 8x8 digital scrapbook pages, and with the borderless option, it makes printing a breeze! The colors are amazing and far better quality that those I've had printed elsewhere - not to mention the savings! I printed 45+ (not counting the ones I cancelled half-way through b/c I decided I wanted to change the layout of my page) 8x8 scrapbook pages on the HP advanced photo paper and it wasn't until then that I ran out of the yellow ink and had to stop - (all of the other cartridges still read nearly full) - but it printed perfect, amazing pictures each time! I love the feature that tells you your ink is out, rather than just swapping over to another color or black - it gives you the option to either cancel or use black instead. I was surprised at how quickly it printed as well! I'm very pleased with this product and will definately pass this wonderful product along to my friends/family/fellow scrappers!

great printer
I picked this up yesterday on sale at OfficeMax for $99. The printer works great. The wireless works without a flaw even from about 20 feet away with a wall between. The 3.5" touch screen is great and simple to use. The printer has two trays. One is for 4x6 inch prints (borderless) and the other is for regular paper. The printer is quite big considering it doesn't have a scanner. The prints are beautiful since this is a photo printer. Its uses 5 colors and black which are included, although I believe the ink has less volume than stand alone ink cartridges but since you can replace only the color that gets low, it makes it a great value. The prints are crisp and accurate, although they seem a tad darker than the screen shows. I lighten up the picture a bit and the pictures work better. It prints the 4x6 in about 30 seconds average for a good color picture which I consider excellent. I've printed about 20 color photos (borderless) and all of them look as good as if I'd gotten them at Costco. Highly recommended, especially if you can get it at this price.
