I ORDER THIS WIYH MY PEPSI POINTS THEY TOOK MY POINTS THEN THEY EMAIL ME SAYING MY CREDIT CARD DID NOT WORK PEPSI SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT CALL BACK IN 10 DAYS I DONOT EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH THEM AND EVERYTHING THAT I OREDER IS WAY TO SMALL AND POOR QUALITY

Good deal for the price/points
I have had this nifty picture keychain for a few days now. I am pretty happy with it. It comes with software, cord, and the keychain. The software is easy to install, however you cannot open it unless the keychain is plugged into the computer. Also, if you want to upload photos you need to have the keychain plugged in and set to updating before opening the program or it won't upload anything. Those were the 2 things that caused me some problems, but once I figured it out, it works great and is very easy to use! You can also for example take photos from one computer put them on the keychain and use the keychain to tranfer them to another computer. The picture quality is fairly good, some light colors (whites and very pale skin colors) look really washed out/bright/blurry (this why it got 4 stars instead of 5). Since the screen is a square it chops off some of your pictures, but you can use the software to adjust the cropping to your liking. Not sure why these keychains don't use rectangular screens! Battery charges by being plugged into your computer. Charge a minimum of 4 hours before first use. Also, you can set it so it has an automatic picture changing slide show or you can manually change pictures by hitting the arrow button. Well worth the 75 points. I am going to order some more and fill them with photos and use as gifts for the grandparents! Great way to show off your kids or grandkids!

I love the portability!!!
I waited and drank a lot of pepsi to get this.. The technical part is that you cannot use the viewer UNLESS the USB is plugged into to keychain AFTER you download the program.. That part confused me at first.. But it works great after that.. even used it on two different computers in my house... Wish there were more options like titles for pics.. But overall I love my keychain. I also wish we had a choice on the other colors. Silver is a bit boring.. but the delivery time was excellent.. Got it in 3 days!!! All in all .. I love it..!!!

simple and nice
I bought this for my wife since she loves carrying around pictures of our daughter. At first, I had a little bit of a hard time setting up the software for transferring the photos, I found in the online directions that theres 2 versions(model# is on the back)after realizing this, I downloaded the correct software version and it works fine on both my Windows Vista and Xp computers.
Anyway, we have not had any problems with the photo key chain itself. The picture quality is low res, but not bad. its a nice, convenient and a good conversation piece.

Very nice electronic to keep your photos near to you everytime. Little but easy to take every places with you. View family and friends photos easy in your hand. Easy to use and plug on computer.

Does NOT work
Avoid this item! As everyone else has written, the device does not work when plugged as windows will not detect it as a USB device. Software updates don't work either. Customer service was RUDE and insisted we hadn't fully charged the battery--what an IDIOT!

Serves its purpose
Its a neat little device. It displays the pictures brightly and in good color. Unfortunately, the software that comes with it is incredibly weak, and the pictures sometimes come out stretched. Overall, it serves its purpose as a lightweight picture display.

Never worked, no help from customer care.
I know other people have written about having problems at first but being persistent didn't pay off on my end. I tried on multiple computers multiple times before sending the first one back. The computers would not find the device. I called customer care and they didn't listen to the problems to try to help but rather told me to send it back for a replacement. The replacement didn't work either. I suppose my suggestion is to wait on this product until they have them manufactured a little better.

poor customer service and quality
I bought 2 of these key chains for presents and neither of them worked as they were supposed to (not at all).
called the sellers CS and they told me that they knew that they had sent the wrong software along with it. and that they would send me the correct one. no apologies, no nothing even though the people I had given the key chains to had received defective items.
seller sent supposedly, the right software but after downloading, loading it and spending even more hours trying to make it work and more calls, it appeared they had sent the wrong software again!
the seller then indicated on the 4th call that I could return the items at my expense.
I called the manufacturer then and they indicated I go to their website to download yet another program.
the key chains never worked. I put a star next to the review because the review does not go through without a rating.
