1. We do not have an affiliate program at this time, will you still list our coupons?
   
   Yes, we offer packages especially for merchants do not have affiliate program, even if you do, many are also participating in our basic or premium advertising packages to get more customer service from us and an important one-way static linking to your homepage if premium service is chosen.
   
   
2. How many coupons or deals can be put on our store's home page? Is there a limit?
   
   It will most likely be store-wide deals (coupons or sales) with specific expiration date that you wish to promote. The most frequent coupon/sale requests we've seen from our merchant customer is once a month. Product level deal is not popular unless it's really a bargain or hot stuff (e.g. iPod), in most cases merchant thinks it does not worth the time to make a request. We are flexible and quite reasonable. There's no limit as to the number of requests you can make, but the deal must be valid with clear expiration.
   
   
3. Does your search page "only" show results from people who have paid for them? It won't show anything else? So even if we have a coupon for $50 off a car seat, we still won't come up if someone searches on "car seat", unless we pay extra?
   
   Pretty much. Either they offer affiliate program or participate in an advertising package, or both. The coupon listing in your example is not likely to be associated with a search term like "car seat" unless the listing explicitly says it is for "car seat" in the description. If you choose our premium package, you can let us know a list of keywords you want to apply store-wide. Once setup, all deals you list with us will automatically be associated with the keywords of your preference as far as search is concern.
   
   
4. How do you decide what order stores appear in on different category pages (baby, toys, etc)? Why are some stores on the first page, others on the last page?
   
   Under each category, the order is programmatically decided based on several factors combined - relevancy, store popularity by traffic, number of coupon deals, number of sales, quantity of the discount (e.g. $1, $5, $10, $100 off, etc). In general, a big store tend to take top place because they have more traffic in general, small stores can compensate this by offering long lasting great deals. Often time, merchant really want to secure their position even they are big already. For example, 1800flowers had committed 6 month exclusive coupons for myJaco.com to further secure their top position among competitions.
   
   
5. Can our store appear in more than one category (we sell toys, games, books, shoes, clothing, baby stuff, so we do fit in many different categories)?
   
   Yes, we will fulfill your request as long as they are reasonable in terms of relevancy. This service is exclusively offered to our paid-inclusion merchant customers.
   
   
6. How do you gain inclusion into top 50 coupons or top 100 stores?
   
   Similar to the position under category. It is done by programs based on many factors. We can only assure you that the more quality deals, the better position you can be.
   
   
7. How can we upload an image to show next to our coupon?
   
   Simply email us where the image is located on your server for what deal to list, and we'll do the work.
   
   
8. With the Basic Package, wouldn't our store banner on top provide a static link to our home page anyway?
   
   Not really, only premium package customers get a static link to their homepage. A static link is an A HREF link containing no '?' nor parameters, guaranteed to be crawled through by all search engine bots like Google. One major benefits of participating in premium package - the static link will be on your store page to your site, giving you extra weighting on you homepage for your organic Web search position. Such link will be highly relevant as far as search engine is concerned. This approach is totally legitimate and effective for as long as you participate in our premium package. In return, if you also put up a static link from your site to recommend your myJaco coupon page, that will even be better in terms maximizing this concept of recommending each other in a legitimate way, but this is just optional and not required.
   
   Affiliate banner link to merchant homepage are all dynamic so the commission can be tracked, in a sense that is mostly powered by a 3-rd party affiliate enabler. Such A HREF links often point to LinkShare or Commission Junction servers to track commission, not the merchant itself, not to mention the '?' and parameters that hinder search engine bots from going through.
   
   
9. How often can we add new coupons?
   
   As long as it's reasonable. We're here to provide service on your request. Some merchant just decided to issue us exclusive long term deal and coupon code and let it run, to achieve the lowest maintenance efforts.
